Privacy notice

This notice explains how App Meadow Core handles personal information when you visit appmeadowcore.click, send a briefing note, or commission a marketing attribution analytics study. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, study of interest, optional preferred date, optional channel/sales-window note, and your message. We need these to reply.

From a commissioned study: business contact details of the people named on the letter, plus the extracts you send. You should strip customer names, identity numbers, and phone numbers before sending order files. If a file still contains identifiers, we will ask you to resend a stripped copy and will delete the identified copy once the replacement arrives.

From the site: essential cookies as described in the cookies notice. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them on the banner.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this site.

Why we use it

To answer briefing notes, to perform the study you commissioned, to invoice, to keep a conflict log, and — where the law requires — to keep records of the contract. Legitimate interests cover improving how we run sittings, never a licence to sell contact lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful briefing notes are kept for 12 months, then deleted, unless a conversation is clearly still open. Study working files are kept for 24 months after the readout, then reduced to the signed method note, the credit table, and the invoice, which we keep for seven years for accounting and tax practice in Malaysia. Cookie consent stored in your browser stays until you clear it.

Your rights

Subject to Malaysian personal data law, you may ask for access, correction, or limitation of what we hold, and you may withdraw consent for optional cookies. Write to hello@appmeadowcore.click. We may need to confirm it is you. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.

International transfers

Our email and site hosting may store copies on servers outside Malaysia. When that happens we rely on contractual clauses with the host and on the fact that briefing notes are business correspondence, not large population files. Study extracts stay in our working archive under our control; we do not upload them to public folders.

Sharing

We share contact details with the analyst assigned to your study. We share invoices with our accountant. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if Malaysian law requires it.

Children

The site and the studies are for business contacts. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

Updates appear on this page with a revised reading of the same topics. Material changes to how study files are kept will also be mentioned in the next letter we send active clients.
