Terms of use

These terms apply to visits to appmeadowcore.click and to studies commissioned from App Meadow Core. By using the site or confirming a briefing in writing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send files or request a diary week.

The practice

App Meadow Core provides marketing attribution analytics as commissioned professional work: diagnostics, post-mortems, full-channel studies, and quarterly credit reviews. We do not sell media, software licences, or payment processing through this site. Prices on the rates page are informational.

Acceptance and briefing

A study begins when we send a scoping letter and you confirm it (email is enough). The letter names the sales window, the channels in scope, the fee, the deposit, and the file list. Work outside that letter is a separate commission.

Your files

You warrant that you have the right to share the extracts you send and that personal identifiers have been removed. We use the files only to perform the named study and to keep a working archive as described in the privacy notice.

Intellectual property

The written credit table, method note, and readout slides we produce are licensed to you for internal brand and agency use once the fee is paid. You may not publish them as if they were an independent audit by a statutory body. Our questionnaires, file-list templates, and this website remain ours. Your media plans and sales extracts remain yours.

Liability

Studies reconstruct credit from the files you supply. They are professional opinion, not a guarantee of future sales or of a court outcome in a contractor dispute. Our liability for a study is limited to the fee paid for that study, except where Malaysian law forbids such a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for lost profit, delayed media buys, or agency relationship damage arising from a ranking you dislike.

Site use

Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Content is provided as seen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect our materials.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Commissioned studies remain on the letter you already confirmed unless both sides agree otherwise.
